I'm so tired of working -_-;; It's been really busy these past couple weeks. I always come home exhausted. I don't know if I can take the stress when my parents come over. They're always telling me to take a vacation and go home. But my workplace is always busy! I even cancelled my dentist appointment twice because I couldn't leave work.
Cat, I agree with you. Those customers are either snobbish/rude by nature, or just never actually work at a job with direct customer service. I just had one of the most annoying customers yesterday. She came to my store a long time ago to have some invitations printer for her client. So, apparently, she's some sort of "designer". But she's an old lady who doesn't even know what she's doing!! She doesn't know how to use quark xpress (layout program), the layout's all wrong, the images she's using in the files are not printer-friendly, she doesn't even know how to get fonts from her own damn computer, and has no idea what CMYK means. Agh. I hate people who call themselves designers but don't know shit about printing. I thought design schools require their students to take classes in printing. Worst thing is, she complained about the quality of the invitations after I spent an hour or two fixing her stupid files. Whatever, I'll let my boss deal with her on monday.
